Bejan Hafezzadeh, J.D., B.S. (EE)
Bejan is a patent attorney in the Silicon Valley office. His practice focuses on developing patent portfolios that advance tier-one technologies of brand-name Silicon Valley companies. Bejan prepares and prosecutes patent applications, and directs foreign counsel in order to obtain international patent protection for clients.
Bejan possesses a variety of engineering experience that enables him to understand complex technologies presented by inventors. As a result, he is able to distill and crystalize the key components of an invention, resulting in a finished product that encapsulates what the inventors envisioned.
Bejan represents clients of different sizes, across a spectrum of technologies. These technologies include AR/VR, mobile device user interface/user experience (UI/UX), machine learning, networking, cloud computing, virtualization, and content management systems.
Bejan received his J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as an editor for the Santa Clara Law Review. He earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
